They genuinely drive the story forward and delve deeper into the psychological torment the characters go through. The anime also did an amazing job of copying the visuals of the manga, capturing the intense moody backgrounds and character expressions. Attack on Titan Now, who doesn’t know this series? Ever since its first season it has been gaining a lot of hype and as time went on and the plot deepened, it has been regarded as one of the greatest anime series of all time.
